A MULTIHEAD WEIGHER is a machine that weight bulk product into smaller product based on programming weights. It is a fast, accurate and reliable weighing machine. which is used in packing of both food and non-food products.
How MULTIHEAD WEIGHER Machine Works.
A ‘typical target’ weight per pack might be 100 grams of a product. The product is fed to the top of the multihead weigher where it is dispersed to the pool hoppers. Each pool hopper drops the product into a weigh hopper beneath it as soon as the weigh hopper becomes empty.
Standard no-spring multihead weigher is a patent-type simple spring-free hopper, which effectively ensures food safety. It is suitable for weighing melon seeds, peanuts, almonds, potato chips and other materials. The maximum weighing speed of 14 Standard spring-less combination weighers can reach 100 packs per minute, which is economical, practical and cost-effective.
